Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia The ruling Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Abia State, has disowned a man in viral video, wearing a T-shirt of its governorship candidate, Okey Ahiwe, and calling for violence ahead of the March 18 governorship poll.
