Lawrence Nwimo, Awka The Independence Corrupt Practices and other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has rated the Federal College of Education (Technical) Umunze, Anambra State high in its evaluation exercise of Federal Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) for the year 2022.
