The free agro-inputs were distributed at the IFAD-VCDP office in Enugu to cushion the effect of 2022 flooding that ravaged some parts of the state. Ikengaonline reports that, most transport companies are not recording appreciable passengers two days to the Christmas celebration. At the Garki motor parks, the fares from Enugu to Owerri remained N3000 by Sienna and N2500, by bus. Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia All 17 Local Government Area Chairmen in Abia State, their Deputies and Councillors have been dissolved. Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu, who approved the dissolution directed the former Council bosses to immediately hand over to the Head of Service in their respective LGAs.
