Ben Ezechime, Enugu The Police Command in Enugu State says it has arrested two male suspects over alleged vandalising of transformer and solar-powered streetlights. DSP Daniel Ndukwe, spokesperson for the Command, disclosed this in a statement made available to newsmen in Enugu.
