Lawrence Nwimo, Awka Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, will build a modern rehabilitation center for people with substance abuse disorder in the state. Michael Onwuka, Enugu A middle-aged woman, Mrs Onyinyechi Ozokolo from Ezeagu Local Government Area of Enugu State has narrated how her husband, Mr Ndubueze Ozokolo allegedly attempted to chop off her eyes with his teeth.
