South-East Governors and some stakeholders including the Obi of Onitsha, Igwe Alfred Nnaemeka Achebe, on Tuesday arrived the Government House, Enugu, for a crucial meeting.
Ikengaonline learned that all the South-East governors are physically attending the meeting with insecurity in the region as the main agenda.
The governors are Alex Otti of Abia, Hope Uzodimma of Imo, Charles Soludo of Anambra and Francis Nwifuru of Ebonyi states with the host governor, Mr Peter Mbah of Enugu State.
Our Correspondent also learned that the meeting will also discuss the issue of Nnamdi Kanu’s release as well as the state of the zone.
