The Management of Rangers International Football club of Enugu led by Amobi Ezeaku has signed a partnership deal with Switzerland side, F.C Schaffhausen based in the northern part of the country.
The General Manager/CEO of the reigning NPFL champions, disclosed this after the endorsement of documents at the Swiss club’s base, Schaffhausen, on Thursday, January 9, 2025.
He said: “We are proud to announce a groundbreaking collaboration between Rangers International F.C and F.C Schaffhausen of Switzerland, facilitated by Bold Base.
“Together, we are building a legacy of excellence for generations to come.”
He thanked Governor of Enugu State, Dr. Peter Mbah for granting approval for the execution of the cooperation agreement.
Barrister Ezeaku further said that the collaboration would open doors for exchange of ideas, talents and transfer of knowledge that will give players, coaches and other staff opportunities to broaden their knowledge of football between both clubs.
F.C Schaffhausen was founded on July 1, 1896 and currently prosecutes its league matches in the 2nd tier Dieci Challenge League in Switzerland.
By this partnership, the club will have the opportunity to sign talents from Nigeria while it’s a big stage on which the players can showcase themselves in European football.
