The workshop themed: “MIL in Youths Organisations,” was held in collaboration with United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) in Awka, Anambra State capital. The event, which commenced on Wednesday, had over 30 youths from diverse youth-led organisations and social media influencers across the region. Ike Nnachi, Abakaliki Ebonyi State Government has commenced construction of 8km road that links four villages: Ebyia Unuphu, Nkaleke, Echara and Mgbabor within Abakaliki, the state capital. The state Commissioner for Works, Lebechi Mbam, who flagged off the project on Wednesday, said it would be completed within eight months. He noted the the project was divided into four and given to four indigenous contractors to ensure timely completion.
