Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia The Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, has faulted President Bola Tinubu over the state of emergency he declared in Rivers State, and the subsequent suspension of democratically elected political leaders in the state. NBA, in a statement by its National President, Mazi Afam Osigwe, described the action of the President as unconstitutional, and an affront on the Nigerian democracy.
