Ben Ezechime, Enugu The Police Service Commission (PSC) has elevated the Public Relations Officer (PRO), of Enugu State Command Daniel Ndukwe to the rank of Superintendent of Police (SP). Ndukwe was among the promoted officers decorated by the Commissioner of Police in Enugu State, Anayo Uzuegbu. Ben Ezechime, Enugu Mike Okiro, a retired Inspector General of Police (IGP), has pulled out of the race for the position of President General of Ohanaeze Ndugbo election slated for January 10 (Today) in Enugu. Ugo Nosiri, Owerri Five people were feared dead in a road crash on Oriagu Ehime Mbano, ihitte/Uboma,Umuahia road. The accident involved a Toyota Hiace bus and a tricycle popularly called Keke. As at the time of filing this report some of the victims of the accident had been rushed to the hospital, while the corpses of those who lost their lives had been deposited at the morgue. Ngozi Obiachu, Umuahia Minister of State for Labour and Productivity, Hon. Nkeiruka Onyejeocha, has expressed optimism, that the rate of youth unemployment in country would be crashed when the proposed Labour Employment Enhancement Programme (LEEP), comes on stream.
