Ben Ezechime, Enugu The Blessed Gift, a Charity Foundation, founded by Gift Okolo, has offered scholarships to five (5) indigent pupils of Community Primary School, Onuogba, Nike in Enugu East Local Government Area. The foundation also donated exercise books, maths sets and pencils to 40 pupils in the school. Ben Ezechime, Enugu Victor Edeh, Director, FC Bayern Munich Youths scouting programme in Nigeria has said that the programme, which started in 2015 has taken young talented Nigerian footballers to Germany for professional football. Nonsochukwu Uwa, Owerri Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma, has said his convoy was never attacked by gunmen along Ngor Okpala, on Owerri-Aba Road in the state, on Saturday. Uzodimma made this known to newsmen in Owerri, through his Chief Press Secretary, Oguwike Nwachuku, while reacting to the story that the governor’s convoy was attacked and some killed by unidentified gunmen. Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia President Muhammadu Buhari  has finally bowed to pressure as he has approved the postponement of the 2023 Population and Housing Census initially slated for May 3- May 7, 2023. The President who gave the approval Friday, said the exercise would now hold in yet-to-be determined time by his successor.
