Ugo Nosiri, Owerri Security operatives have allegedly shot dead a trader at Timber and Allied Industrial Market Naze in Owerri, Report says the victim, identified as Mr. Ebere Chibuike, who hails from Onicha in Ezinihitte Local Government Area of the state, was hit by a stray bullet fired by an unidentified security operative.
