Nigeria’s Chief of Army Staff, Lt..-Gen. Ibrahim Attahiru has died in a military airplane crash at the Kaduna International Airport.
According to an authoritative source, the incident happened on Friday at about 6pm under a heavy rain.
Attahiru was said to be in company of seven other passengers, including his aides and top military personnel and non of them survived the crash.
