The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on Friday, struck out eight of the 15 terrorism and felony charges preferred against the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, by the Federal Government. The presiding judge, Justice Binta Nyako, struck out the eight charges on Friday. Michael Onwuka, Enugu. A socio-political group, South-East Renaissance Assembly, SERA, says the destiny of the Igbo nation will depend on the choices they make during the 2023 general elections. Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia Unknown gunmen on Friday attacked soldiers on patrol in Aba, the commercial nerve-centre of Abia State, after ambushing their patrol vehicle. The attackers, according to reports, also set ablaze the patrol vehicle used by the soldiers.
