Ike Nnachi, Abakaliki The Enugu Electricity Distribution Company PLC (EEDC), has attributed the service disruptions experienced in some parts of its network to activities of vandals, even as it confirmed the apprehension of eight suspected vandals for their involvement in the attack of electrical installations belonging to the company. Lawrence Nwimo, Awka Anambra State Governor, Prof. Charles Solud,o has described his state as the erosion capital of Nigeria. Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia Some policemen were wounded when gunmen, Wednesday night, attacked the Abia State Criminal Investigation Department, CID, of the Nigeria Police, located at Uzuakoli Road Umuahia.
