Ibrahim have visited Ehamufu community in Isi Uzo Local Government Area of Enugu State following alleged burning of a Dangote truck and unspecified number of persons. Nonsochukwu Uwa, Owerri The Imo State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, on Thursday officially inaugurated its presidential campaign council, PCC, with former governor of Imo State, Emeka Ihedioha, as the chairman of the campaign. Ike Nnachi, Abakaliki The Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday nullified the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) primary elections in Ebonyi State that produced candidates for the State House of Assembly, National Assembly and the Governorship for the 2023 elections in the state. Delivering her judgment on the matter, Justice Binta Nyako ordered the PDP to conduct fresh state Congresses in Ebonyi State, for the purpose of the election of its candidates within 14 days. Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia A number of quack doctors and dentists were Thursday, arrested when the Nigeria Medical Association (NMA), task force on quacks raided clinics and maternity homes operated by quacks and impostors in Aba, the commercial centre of Abia State. The raid followed series of complaints about their criminal activities and months of surveillance by NMA.
