Assistant Corps Commander, ACC, Mr Yildung Bitrus, in charge of Okigwe Unit Command who handed over the cash to the deceased family member on Thursday, in Owerri, said that the accident occured last Tuesday. Obiano was released from the EFCC facility almost a week after he was arrested by the anti-graft agency.
